Please take note of the following important information for your stay ⚠️:

• UTV Use 🚙: A signed waiver is required after booking to use the side-by-side UTV 📝. The UTV is for transport to and from the beach only 🏖️ and must be parked before reaching the sand. Driving on the beach or dunes is strictly prohibited 🚫.

• Pool Heating 🏊‍♂️: The pool is heated via a heat pump 🌡️. Please be aware that it may not heat effectively when outside temperatures and wind chill drop below 60°F (15°C) 🌬️.

• Parking 🚗: Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 vehicles on the property. This policy is strictly enforced 📌 and monitored. Any additional vehicles parked on the street or on the sand may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense 🚨.
